岗位职责

• 在熟悉、理解合规日常工作模块的基础上协助推广合规文化和合规知识，包括但不限于参与活动创意、活动执行、平台日常信息制作更新等（40%）
• 协助合规监察、审计、调查等的数据分析、核查等工作（40%）
• 常规行政性事务，例如：安排部门会议、会议室预定、文档编辑等 （10%）
• 需要主观能动性完成的一些其他临时任务（10%）

任职要求

• 一周出勤（含灵活办公）三天（平日）/四天（寒暑假）及以上，持续六个月及以上。
• 个性沉稳、有责任感、愿意积极主动解决问题。
• 专业不限，偏好专业：法学、市场营销、传播、国际贸易、会计等；
• 有较强的学习能力和沟通能力
• 熟练运用Office办公软件，能熟练使用平面设计作图软件和数据库软件PowerBI更佳。
• 英语读写能力良好。
• 在上海就读本科或研究生
