Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a DPS Business Administration, located in Kibbutz Shefayim, Isreal.
Role Purpose
The DPS Business Administration role provides high-level administrative support to the leadership team, ensuring effective coordination, smooth day-to-day operations, and proactive support across DPS Israel. The role requires a high level of ownership, discretion, and initiative in a lean organizational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide executive administrative support to the leadership team (calendar management, meetings, travel coordination)
Coordinate internal and cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and follow-up on key topics
Support preparation of presentations, reports, and leadership materials
Manage interfaces with internal stakeholders and external partners as needed
Ensure effective planning and logistics for meetings, events, and organizational activities
Track and follow up on key action items and priorities on behalf of leadership
Support onboarding processes and team coordination activities
Support in RIM and Data Security processes
Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of professionalism
Proactively identify needs and take initiative to support business priorities
Education
Bachelor’s degree – preferred
Experience
4+ years of experience in executive assistant / senior administrative roles
Experience supporting senior leadership in a corporate / multinational environment – advantage
