Brand & Customer Manager Vaccines

Within the Vaccines department, we develop innovative solutions that help prevent disease and improve public health. We are committed to broad access to vaccines, the development of new preventive treatments, and collaboration with governments and healthcare organizations.
About the role
As Brand & Customer Manager, you are responsible for the marketing of part of the vaccines portfolio. You develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you lead marketing initiatives from analysis and strategy through to execution, including omnichannel campaigns and budget management. You will also contribute to strong business and brand plans and ensure all activities comply with the highest ethical and compliance standards.
The position can be located in either the Netherlands or Belgium.
Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for the vaccines portfolio based on market insights and customer data.
- Analyze the local market and identify commercial opportunities based on research and customer insights.
- Translate regional and global strategies into local priorities and an integrated business and brand plan.
- Manage the vaccines portfolio by balancing efforts and investments effectively.
- Develop and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns and customer-focused initiatives.
- Monitor marketing activities and analyze performance data to continuously optimize results.
- Lead projects and events for target groups such as healthcare professionals, field teams and patients.
- Support field teams with training, tools, and materials and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to maximize impact.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector; experience with vaccines is a strong advantage.
- Experience and affinity with digital marketing, data analysis and omnichannel strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting marketing data and customer insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex scientific information into clear, compelling messages.
- Experience in stakeholder management and working in cross-functional matrix organizations.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to independently manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Fluent in English and the local language.
