Trade & Commercial Strategy Lead Your Tasks & Responsabilities: Is accountable for the continuous interaction, negotiation & trade strategy with key stakeholders from the retail market, developing and providing strong insights, innovative approaches and analyzed strategies targeting wholesalers, distributors, pharmacy chains, self-services, health administrators, insurers, banks, private hospitals & formularies recognized and patients. Define and implement a robust annual trade master plan along with the product teams to support and increase Bayer Brand Business among all our PT ensuring a competitive value proposition in the market and profitable growth improving customers' satisfaction despite market dynamics. Lead the development and execution of partnerships agreements for our mature portfolio with third-party organizations. Ensure accomplishment of contractual terms and compliance with company policies. Manage long- term relationships to ensure successful collaboration. Facilitate training and promotional materials guidance. Manage internal supply issues Understand market trends, competitor activities, and trade policies. Develop and implement trade strategies to maximize business opportunities, drive revenue and market expansion. Deliver tangible and innovative trade solutions. Develop TMP (Trade Master Plan) according to the product life cycle management, marketing brand & customers´ fortress and needs Develop JBPs (Joint Business Plans) by channel & client nationwide align with Bayer´s financial targets in coordination with the commercial area. Work closely with internal teams. Develop and ensure synergies & cross-functional work between different product teams, company divisions & regional colleagues. Identify new trade opportunities and expand into new markets. Create & implement strategies increasing Bayer´s share & sustainable growth (ROI) through new business with all the private channel stakeholders within a focused, motivated and results driven team. Strengthen the commercial relationship with strategic partners of all channels. Monitor trade performance metrics and profitability. Serve as the primary point of contact for partners. Address challenges and resolve conflicts to maintain healthy business relationships. Track and analyze partnership performance metrics to assess effectiveness. Who You Are: Bachelor's degree in Business, Pharmacy, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred) At least 5 years of experience in trade, commercial management or business development within the pharmaceutical industry Connect & identify client and market needs Flexible and dynamic person with high performance orientation Sense of urgency and reacts positively under pressure Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret trade data and trends Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills /Communication skills Result oriented & motivated leader Able to establish strong networking among internal areas and with partner Financial Knowledge Vendor management Adaptability Decision maker Fluency English Bayer ofrece una amplia variedad de programas de compensación y beneficios.
