About the Role
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to support both healthcare professional (HCP) and consumer marketing initiatives. This role contributes to building brand advocacy and strengthening collaboration across medical, sales, and marketing teams. The position offers exposure to professional‑channel engagement as well as consumer marketing within a fast‑growing dermatology business.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Support the development and execution of integrated sales and marketing plans
- Campaign Management: Coordinate, track, and monitor trade, digital, and traditional marketing campaigns
- Marketing Materials: Develop, manage, and maintain marketing assets, including detailing aids, leaflets, videos, POS materials, and event tools
- Digital & Social Media: Support preparation of content and materials, and assist with day‑to‑day social media activities
- Agency & Vendor Management: Work with external partners to ensure timely delivery in compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Competitor Monitoring: Track competitor activities and share relevant market insights with the sales team
- Reporting & Budgeting: Analyze campaign performance and support budget tracking and management
- Operational Support: Assist with marketing projects, sales order coordination, and customer service support as needed
Candidate Profile
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Consumer Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries, with demonstrated results
Skills & Competencies
- Strong marketing and business acumen
- Clear and effective communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated
- Strong time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of social media management and digital marketing strategies
- Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance standards, and registration processes
- Experience working with agencies or external vendors is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Copilot
