We are looking for a strategic leader to spearhead the commercial launch and growth of our ground-breaking gene-editing therapies for Sickle Cell Disease and Beta-Thalassemia across the BeNeLux region. The Role
Reporting to the Senior Country Manager, you will be the architect of our local commercial strategy. This isn’t just about sales; it’s about preparing healthcare systems for a new era of medicine.
Strategy & Vision: Translate global goals into local actions that reflect the unique healthcare landscapes of the Netherlands and Belgium.
Collaborative Leadership: Guide a cross-functional team and mentor a direct report to ensure treatment centres are operationally ready for life-changing therapies.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build authentic relationships with patient advocates, healthcare providers, and policy influencers to understand the patient journey and remove barriers to care.
Operational Excellence: Manage performance through smart KPIs and disciplined resource allocation, ensuring our supply chain meets patient needs.
What You’ll Bring
We are looking for a blend of strategic thinking and "hands-on" execution. You might be a great fit if you have:
Commercial Leadership: Experience leading commercial strategies, product launches, or complex projects within life sciences, healthcare, or a highly regulated innovative sector.
Adaptability: A knack for learning fast, navigating "first-of-its-kind" challenges, and making data-driven decisions in evolving markets.
People Impact: A proven ability to influence and lead teams (both direct reports and cross-functional partners) toward a common goal.
Communication: Fluency in English and either Dutch or French.
Integrity: A deep commitment to ethical conduct and putting patient outcomes first.
