Job Description
1. Technical Leadership: Act as a reference point for digital and automation solutions, addressing manufacturing challenges and improving operational performance. Troubleshooting: Lead problem‑solving and root cause analysis efforts to implement effective and sustainable solutions. Ensure the support and expertise required in Process Control Technology (PCT), automation, robotics, and digital project topics; operational technology; and information technology used across diverse operations to ensure reliability and efficiency within the regulatory framework of Good Manufacturing Practices and cybersecurity. Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering, Mechatronics, IT Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related IT or automation engineering field. At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with relevant manufacturing technologies. Several years of practical experience with relevant manufacturing technologies. Proficient in manufacturing process control systems, electrical systems, and knowledgeable in PLC, DCS, SCADA, and HMI programming. Strong problem‑solving and root cause analysis skills. Ability to understand business value drivers and a passion for challenging the status quo and driving change. Highly motivated with the ability to build strong relationships across different teams and levels. Skilled at conveying complex technical information clearly, both verbally and in writing. Experience supporting cybersecurity initiatives, including system hardening and configuration management.
