Core Mission
Be responsible for understanding the business needs of a cross functional organization, building and promoting successfully Institutional Stakeholder Value Propositions coming from one or more Business Units in close partnership with BU/Department Heads by providing innovative, strategic and added value market access initiatives.
Requirement
Education/Training:
- Bachelor’s degree and above
Work Experience:
- 5+ years of work experience on Market Access or equivalent position.
- Experience in life science industry and multinational company will be a plus.
Required pre-requisites skills/experience for this position:
- Excellent in Mandarin and English.
- Superior communication, interpersonal, and organizational/administrative skills.
- Proficiency in project management and in negotiating project budgets, leading projects and project teams to timelines, be able to scope and budget independently.
- Action-oriented, customer-focused, with effective prioritization, goal-setting and time management skills.
- Manage challenging or conflictual situations and recommend effective solutions to problems.
Duties an Responsibilities
Main Duties:
- Lead the strategy and the tactical execution of Market Access projects and initiatives collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Support BUs on evaluation and analysis of all potential access management barriers at regional/national level, and help identifying potential improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with other functions such as MA and GA to build networks, understanding and close partnerships with key decision makers and leverage influence through joint programs of action in order to maximize Galderma products success.
- Design and implement Market Access projects that support customer centered value propositions for Galderma products and solutions.
- Closely monitor country market access policy dynamics.
- Anticipate and influence Contracting and Tendering situations and develop strategies in order to deal with challenges and maximize their opportunities for the business.
- Ensure project compliance with all Galderma standard policies and procedures.
