Job Title: Senior IT PMO Lead
Location: Cracow, Hybrid (3 days a week from office)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior IT PMO Lead to support and enhance our global IT transformation agenda with a strong focus on AI-driven initiatives. In this role, you will work at the intersection of governance, project delivery excellence, and portfolio performance management across a dynamic and fast-evolving environment.
You will play a key role in driving high-quality reporting, process optimization, resource management, compliance, and strategic decision support for senior leadership. This is a role for someone curious, eager to learn, proactive, independent, and capable of thriving in a collaborative team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality reporting, presentations, and communications for management and on-demand requests
- Create and maintain repositories ensuring proper access, structure, backups, and documentation
- Moderate physical, virtual, and hybrid project meetings in English with diverse stakeholders and prepare monthly status reports
- Ensure proper project data storage, archiving, and governance
- Drive business process optimization using Agile methods, leveraging data to identify improvements
- Coordinate multiple activities in parallel with varying timelines, ensuring timely and quality delivery under shifting priorities
- Support IT service transformation, including workshop facilitation, scoping, and end-to-end coordination of organizational changes
- Independently design and implement PMO processes and standards to meet evolving business needs
- Support financial tracking, resource planning, compliance activities, governance frameworks, and executive-level reporting across the entire PMO scope
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in project, program, PMO, or portfolio management roles
- Proven experience across financial management, resource planning, compliance, governance, and executive reporting
- Experience in GxP-regulated environments is a strong asset
- Strong coordination, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Leadership presence with strong facilitation and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively in global teams
- Strong problem-solving mindset, critical thinking skills, and a solution-oriented approach
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Administration, or a related field
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification is an advantage
- Experience defining user journeys in infrastructure or transformation projects is beneficial
- A PMO- or PMI‑related certification is a strong plus
