About the role:
At Haleon, the Customer Service Specialist is responsible for delivering reliable, accurate, and customer-focused service by managing daily Order-to-Cash (O2C) activities and supporting customer collaboration.
The role ensures high service performance, including On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery, accurate billing, and timely issue resolution, while contributing to Service As Measured by Customer (SAMBC) and positive customer experience outcomes.
Working closely with the Customer Service & Collaboration Manager and cross-functional teams, the position supports customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and value creation, contributing to improved Advantage Group survey results and long-term customer partnerships.
Please not that this is a 12‑month fixed-term contract (maternity cover).
Key responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) processes, including order entry, delivery tracking, invoicing, and handling returns or claims.
Ensure high service performance, supporting On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery and customer satisfaction metrics.
Act as a main point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and resolving queries efficiently.
Support billing accuracy by minimizing discrepancies and coordinating with internal teams on issue resolution.
Identify potential service issues early, analyze root causes, and contribute to corrective actions.
Maintain high-quality, accurate customer master data in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and overall customer experience.
Your profile:
Minimum one year of experience in customer service, supply chain, or similar role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data and deadlines effectively.
Good working knowledge of ERP / supply chain systems.
Ability to work independently, with a sense of ownership and accountability.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Fluency in Romanian and English.
