This regional role will work with internal support functions in managing and controlling operational delivery. Provide guidance on company expectations on 3rd party output. Develop internal commercial relationships and contribute to the workplace function objectives.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Establish a working relationship with in-country support functions
- Collaborate with business heads to understand the strategic business direction
- Oversee operational performance of GWRE (Global Workplaces and Real Estate) services and assist others in service delivery
- Manage workload and prioritize key deliverables
- Contribute to GWRE global initiatives and goals
- Budget Management for each country and awareness of variation impact.
- Initiate new ways of working that can be considered as part of change management
- Manage projects that contribute to the business direction
- Manage in-country GWRE staff
About Your Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree is preferred
- 10 years of experience in Real Estate & Facility Management
- 10 years of international experience
- Experience in facilities and property management
- Ability to communicate difficult and complex issues clearly and concisely with analytical and critical thinking
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Understand and interpret commercial contracts and relevant terms
- Budget management and financial analysis skills and good understanding of the importance of cost savings and sustainability in business
