Key Responsibilities
• Drive Haleon Performance Systems across multiple plants to deliver strategic goals in a quick but sustainable manner e.g. (but not limited to) Productivity, Inventory and Service
• Ensure delivery of Balanced Scorecard targets (OEE, OTIF, DIO, Engagement) through HAPS activation
• Interface and coach site OpEx leads and Site Leadership Teams to ensure alignment and execution
• Collaborate with other internal teams as well as external parties to align on HAPS program to drive common strategic goals
• Lead one of the global Centres of Excellence within the capability network, developing and deploying relevant capabilities across regions
• Coordinate regional talent pipelines and technical capabilities through structured training (e.g., EO/WPO, PS systems).
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and self-paced development.
• Drive strategic initiatives related to Global Manufacturing, including digital transformation, fundamentals deployment, and other enterprise-wide programs.

• Operational Excellence Mastery: Deep understanding of state-of the art Operational Excellence systems. Capable of designing and deploying best-in-class operational models that drive measurable improvements across multiple sites.
• Strategic Performance Management: Sets clear performance expectations and aligns site-level execution with regional scorecard metrics. Uses data-driven insights to monitor progress and course-correct as needed.
• Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional communicator who builds trust and alignment across functions, geographies, and seniority levels. Navigates complex stakeholder environments with clarity and confidence to enable successful change management
• Knowledge Sharing & Benchmarking: Builds and sustains a regional knowledge hub for best practice sharing. Benchmarks performance and practices against internal and external leaders to raise the bar continuously.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Chemistry, Biology, or related science.
• 10+ years of management experience in manufacturing and supply environments.
• Deep expertise in operational excellence programs and/or Lean Manufacturing
• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance global, regional, and site-level priorities.
• Proven leadership and transformation capabilities across diverse teams.
• High emotional intelligence and resilience in dynamic environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and networking skills.
Preferred
• Working knowledge of GMP, EHS, Quality regulations, logistics, technical operations, and finance.
• Experience in Pharma, Consumer Healthcare, or FMCG industries.
• Multilingual proficiency
Travel:
20-30% business travel required
