【西神品質管理部/Organization Overview】

高品質な製品を安定的に供給するために、高い専門性を礎として受入検査並びに品質試験を実施します

【職務/Job Responsibilities】

・注射剤および固形製剤の品質管理業務（理化学試験、微生物試験、製品規格試験の実施および関連する検証業務）
・品質管理に係る手順書・記録類の作成および照査
・逸脱・トラブル発生時の調査および是正・予防策の立案・実施
・変更管理業務
・新製品導入に伴う試験法の技術移管（米国本社・海外製造所と協働）
・部内における業務品質および生産性向上活動
・グローバル／ローカルプロジェクトのリードまたは参画
・その他、品質管理試験に関連する管理業務

（Manager以上の職位の場合は上記に加えてチーム管理、人材育成も含む）

【必須要件/Mandatory Requirements】

・医薬品、医療機器、化粧品、化学業界における3年以上の品質管理または分析試験業務の経験（理化学試験・微生物試験）
・理系大学卒業以上
・日本語：ビジネスレベル以上
・英語：業務上のコミュニケーションが可能なレベル
弊社では、社員のウェルビーイングおよび生産性向上の観点から、自宅最寄り駅から勤務地までの通勤距離が90km以内、かつ最安経路での公共交通機関による所要時間が90分以内であることを通勤可能上限としています。
上記範囲を超える場合、原則として通勤可能範囲への転居をお願いしています（借上社宅制度あり）。

＜Organization Overview＞
The Seishin Quality Control department conducts inspections and testing with safety as the top priority and quality as a constant focus, ensuring a stable supply of high‑quality products.

＜Job Responsibilities＞
・Perform quality control testing (chemical and microbiological)
・Prepare and verify procedures, records, and related documentation
・Investigate deviations and quality issues, and propose and implement corrective actions
・Change management
・Environmental monitoring
・Transfer analytical test methods for new products in collaboration with U.S. headquarters and overseas manufacturing sites
・Improve work quality and productivity within the department
・Lead and/or participate in global and local projects
・Implement new technologies
・Other activities related to Quality Control
For Manager-level positions and above, team management and people development responsibilities are included in addition to the above.

＜Mandatory Requirements＞
・Three or more years of experience in quality control or analytical testing in the pharmaceutical, medical device, cosmetics, or chemical industries
・Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific field (e.g., Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Engineering)
・Japanese communication skills: Fluent
・English communication skills: Business level
From the perspective of employee well-being and productivity, Lilly has established a commuting distance and time limit policy. The maximum allowable commuting distance is within 90 km, and commuting time must not exceed 90 minutes from the candidate’s nearest station to the workplace using the most economical public transportation route.
Candidates living outside this range will generally be required to relocate within commuting distance (company-leased housing may be provided).
This policy also applies when commuting by car is permitted.

支給時期は、翌年４月に支給。

【勤務時間】8：45～17：30

【時間外手当】”担当職”のみ支給

【清算制フレックス勤務】適応あり。フレキシブルタイム：5時～22時内で勤務。（ただし、一斉休憩を除く）1日の必要最低労働時間：4時間（半日休暇時は2時間）一斉休憩：12時～13時
