Job Description

Responsibilities

• Open Service Order number for Installation, Preventative Maintenance, Repair, etc. of analytical instruments by engineers
• Create repair quotations based on inquiries from engineers and submit to customers and sales representatives.
• Order parts necessary for Preventative Maintenance, Repair work, etc. and ship them according to customer needs.
• Confirm parts inventory at domestic and overseas warehouses. Arrangements are made taking into consideration engineer visit dates and delivery dates, and confirmation of stock status. Escalate urgent shipments depending on delivery date situation.
• Contact customers to confirm completion of repair if repair is completed by shipping parts

職務内容

• エンジニアによる化学分析機器の据付、点検、修理等の作業報告書番号の発番
• エンジニアからの連絡を受けて修理見積書を作成し、販売店・お客様に提出
• 点検、修理作業などに必要な部品の手配とお客様のニーズに応じた発送手続き
• 国内および海外の倉庫における部品の在庫を確認。作業日と納期を考慮して手配し、入庫状況を確認。納期状況によって早急な出荷をエスカレーション。
• 部品の発送のみで修理が完了する場合、お客様にコンタクトして修理完了を確認し、作業報告書番号をクローズ

Qualifications

• PC operation skill
• Microsoft Office software operation
• Communication (Japanese/English), TOEIC score around 500
• Customer first mind
• Telephone skill talking with customer
