Drug Safety Project (Administrative) Assistant

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Administrative Assistant to join our Clinical Safety team in Tokyo, Japan. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. • Provide day to day departmental/project support activities;
• Coordinate and provide minutes for department meetings or conference calls;
• Maintain spreadsheets as necessary;
• Conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents as necessary; and
• Format documents in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent;
• At least 2 years of administrative experience is necessary, healthcare experience in addition is a plus;
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills are needed;
• Bilingual Japanese and English;
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required; and
• Applicants should have great attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
