We’re looking for an EHS Specialist to join our Drug Product team—someone who wants to do more than maintain compliance. This is an opportunity to shape how safety is experienced day-to-day, influence decision-making, and contribute to protecting lives in a meaningful way.

In this role, you’ll act as a trusted EHS partner, providing expert guidance, strengthening our safety culture, and driving continuous improvement across operations.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across the organization and play a key role in bringing our values to life: Persistent pioneers, Embracing change, Boosted by the team, Protecting lives every day.

What you’ll be doing

• Acting as the EHS subject matter expert within Drug Product 
• Partnering with stakeholders to ensure compliance while enabling safe and efficient operations 
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating EHS risks—including chemical and process-related risks 
• Leading EHS impact assessments and supporting Change Control processes 
• Driving high-quality incident reporting and investigations, ensuring effective and sustainable preventive actions 
• Supporting and continuously improving our EHS Management System, processes, and training 
• Coaching colleagues and conducting inspections to strengthen safety performance and compliance 

What you bring

• A solid understanding of EHS management systems, tools, and practices (through education or experience) 
• 2–3 years’ experience in an EHS role 
• Strong knowledge of EU and Danish EHS regulations 
• Experience in a regulated environment (e.g. pharmaceutical, biotech, or manufacturing) is an advantage 
• The ability to communicate clearly, build relationships, and influence at all levels 
• Fluency in English
