Job Description:

FLDP

1st year rotation in CFM, R&R:

• Being the China HOCO CFM to deliver the CFM related activities such as:

-         Conduct pre-close meeting to China HOCO BUF

-         Monitor monthly/quarterly closing for China HOCO to ensure the book close timely with quality in a compliance way

-         Conduct post-close meeting for continuous improvement

-         Prepare BS review with Controllership and BUF

-         Other business and audit support as needed

Note: China HOCO CFM is currently covered by Grow gig, which will finish in Q2.

• Facilitate the IT asset physical count mitigation plan by working closely with the Global Function COE, IT, China HOCO BUF

• Support technology related initiative in MT: Monthly Power BI TB flux, etc
