To provide expert advice to superiors for Financial Reporting & Accounting and manage the reporting and accounting requirements for the general ledger; to ensure compliance with external and internal accounting reporting requirements in a timely and accurate manner.

Major Accountabilities

• Support direct managers with financial activities, decision making, and general projects.
• Provide timely and proactive support across general ledger processes.
• Maintain accurate fixed asset data, including assets under construction and depreciation. (Asset experience preferred.)
• Prepare accurate and compliant financial analyses and reports, including profit and loss reviews.
• Deliver all required data for internal (FCRS) and external reporting, including statutory and tax information.
• Act as first-line support for SAP issues, especially in fixed assets, cash, and general ledger areas.
• Contribute to FRA projects at country or business unit level.
• Ensure timely reporting of technical complaints, adverse events, and sample distribution where applicable.

• Achieve high internal customer satisfaction for quality and timeliness of financial analyses.
• Meet agreed service delivery expectations and process KPIs within established SLAs.
• Demonstrate experience in operations management and execution.
• Show strong influencing skills with key stakeholders.
• Build effective teams and support people development.
• Apply critical thinking and communicate effectively.
• Utilize expertise in financial accounting and management reporting.
• Understand value drivers, optimize processes, and allocate resources efficiently; English required.
