As a Biotech Associate at Lonza in Geleen, you will contribute directly to the manufacturing of advanced cell therapy products in a GMP cleanroom environment. This is a hands-on role where precision, teamwork and a strong quality mindset help bring life-changing therapies to patients.

The full-time annual base pay for this position in The Netherlands is expected to range between €32.250 and €45.150. Initial salary placement within this range will be determined based on role-related factors such as experience, qualifications, and expected contribution.
What you will do
Perform cell and tissue culture activities according to GMP procedures.
Execute manufacturing steps such as media preparation, cell expansion and harvesting.
Work in a cleanroom environment while following strict aseptic techniques.
Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
Identify and report deviations to help ensure compliance and product quality.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing team.
Collaborate with QA, QC and MSAT teams to support efficient manufacturing operations.
What we are looking for
Completed laboratory training, vocational education or a bachelor's degree in biotechnology, biology or a related field.
Experience in a GMP, cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environment is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
Ability to follow procedures accurately and work in a structured manner.
Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to work in a shift pattern, including evenings and weekends.
