Role Responsibilities

  • Collaboratively develop and implement brand and marketing strategies that support financial and non‑financial business objectives for responsible injectable aesthetics brands across the Hong Kong and Macau markets.

  • Take shared accountability for marketing budget planning and deployment to support sustainable brand growth, including market performance, consumer communication effectiveness, and customer engagement with assigned brands.

  • Create, maintain, and evolve brand guidelines, content hubs, and shared material libraries to enable consistent and effective strategy execution across teams.

  • Partner closely with managers and marketing colleagues to promote clear communication, alignment, and efficient marketing operations across projects and initiatives.

  • Work in partnership with marketing, sales, and education teams to support strong customer and healthcare professional (HCP) engagement and commercial execution.

  • Monitor and interpret brand performance by gathering market insights, conducting market share and competitor analysis in a timely manner, and translating findings into practical recommendations that support business development.

  • Develop integrated marketing plans for assigned brands and collaborate with external agencies to plan and deliver campaigns across advertising, digital, social media, and influencer PR channels to build consumer awareness and customer engagement.

  • Track and assess marketing initiatives (ATL and BTL), evaluate campaign effectiveness and return on investment, and thoughtfully recommend next steps to continuously improve performance.

  • Develop point‑of‑sale materials and sales tools and support their effective and consistent rollout across relevant channels.

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, and regional/global teams to support product launches, campaign execution, and pipeline development.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, business, marketing, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within healthcare or aesthetics; experience in injectable aesthetics and familiarity with the Hong Kong and Macau markets is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation capabilities, with the ability to translate insights into clear and actionable recommendations.

  • A collaborative team contributor who works effectively with internal and external partners and values shared success.

  • Strong organizational, time‑management, and project‑planning skills, with the ability to work independently while staying connected to broader team objectives.
