Job PurposeThe Technological Solution Owner for Corporate functions Technology solutions will focus on designing / crafting detailed technical solutions for specific system components, such as user interfaces, business logic, and data services. Basic business knowledge about typical corporate functions in an enterprise like Legal, Compliance, Real Estate / Office and Facilities, Physical Security and Corporate Affairs etc. business areas will be highly desirable.
This role is critical for seamlessly integrating technologies across the Sandoz global landscape and managing the entire technology lifecycle through disciplined architectural design and robust implementation practices.
He/she will engage with key business teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications that developers can implement, ensuring designs meet functional and technical standards. This role works closely with last mile development teams to guide the detailed design process, solve technical issues, and refine software designs based on feedback.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Building and maintaining strong partnerships with business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure the solution supports broad organizational needs and facilitates effective decision-making.

- Create detailed design specifications for user interfaces, business logic, and data services.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Conduct and participate in design reviews.

- Stay informed about the latest technology standards and industry trends.
- Apply new knowledge to improve design processes and solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Organize workshops and meetings with key stakeholders to discuss and align on architectural changes and initiatives.
- Create communication channels and documentation to keep stakeholders informed about architectural decisions and their implications.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Languages:
- Fluent English required (oral and written)
Experience:
- 12+ years of overall experience with at least 8 years in software design and development.
- Experience with solutions Architecture, hosting, network and connectivity services.
- Strong understanding of user experience design and data engineering.
- Proven track record in developing detailed technical specifications
- Proficiency in business analysis and relationship management.
