We are looking for the Medical Head CA&CAU! This individual will be responsible for operational management of the medical department. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.

Job Description

Major accountabilities: 

• Responsible for the implementation of Medical strategies across countries;

• Drives the execution of the local Medical Affairs strategic plans aligned and in collaboration with other functions;

• Accountable for standards of medical practice;

• Provides medical input to projects including medical assessment of the target molecule and overall feasibility of the project from a medical perspective;

• Provides operational and functional management for medical team, Central Asian & Caucasian countries;

• Constructive engagement with key opinion leaders;

• Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and regulatory affairs, to provide medical expertise and guidance for product development, promotion, and regulatory submissions;

• Developing and implementing medical strategies, policies, and procedures to align with the organization's goals and objectives;

• Overseeing and guiding clinical research activities, including study design, protocol development, data analysis, and interpretation of findings;

• Assessing and managing medical risks associated with patient care, treatment protocols, and clinical trials, and developing risk mitigation strategies.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

• Experience on a similar position in a large pharmaceutical company not less than 3 years;

• University degree medical / pharmaceutical / biological;

• Strong leadership and management skills are necessary to effectively oversee and guide medical teams and departments;

• Fluency in English, excellent presentation and communication skills for a wide variety of audience;

• Cooperation and Team-work, Innovative and Creative.
