What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

• • Aid in the development of AI/LLM and data-driven digital products through rapid prototyping and MVP-first approaches to validate concepts and accelerate time-to-value.

  • Define and communicate a clear AI/LLM product vision and strategy that prioritizes speed, experimentation, and learning through iterative delivery.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, and business stakeholders—to quickly test hypotheses and refine product direction based on user feedback and data.

  • Establish and manage a lean product roadmap focused on delivering high-impact features with minimal viable scope, while maintaining flexibility to pivot based on insights.

  • Drive agile ceremonies and sprint planning with a focus on short cycles, fast feedback loops, and continuous improvement.

  • Champion a culture of experimentation, encouraging A/B testing, user research, and analytics to inform product decisions.

  • Ensure MVPs are scalable and extensible, laying the groundwork for future enhancements while meeting immediate business needs.

  • Oversee the creation of user stories, prototypes, and wireframes that reflect user-centric design principles and solve real-world problems.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations by clearly communicating trade-offs, timelines, and outcomes of MVP launches.

  • Foster a team environment that embraces ambiguity, adapts quickly to change, and thrives on delivering tangible results in compressed timeframes.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.

• 7+ years of experience including product or program management, and preferably exposure to rapid prototyping, MVP development, or agile delivery.

• Demonstrated success in contributing to MVP launches and improving products through iterative feedback cycles.

• Strong understanding of lean product development, agile frameworks, and user‑centered design.

• Experience working in fast‑paced environments where adaptability and rapid execution are essential.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use insights to inform product direction.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills to align teams and stakeholders.

• Proven ability to support cross‑functional teams and navigate ambiguity while driving progress.

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

• Master’s degree (MBA or related field) with a focus on innovation, strategy, or technology.

• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, Lean, or related methodologies.

• Experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch), as well as analytics and experimentation platforms.

• Background in healthcare, pharma, or regulated industries with familiarity in managing compliance constraints during MVP development.

• Experience collaborating with distributed teams or global stakeholders.

• Prior experience in management consulting is a strong plus.

• Experience with “Vibe Coding” AI capabilities to mock up quick solutions
