Intro Summary of the Role:
The Print Operator is responsible for executing capsule printing operations in compliance with GMP, EHS, and quality standards. The role ensures accurate printing, inspection, documentation, machine setup, and changeovers while maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant production environment.

What You Will Do:
Operate capsule printing machines as per SOPs and Work Order Plans (WOP)
Perform printing setup, changeovers, and line clearance activities
Inspect printed capsules against control samples and identify defects
Carry out corrective actions for printing defects and process deviations
Maintain production documentation, logbooks, and inspection reports
Ensure equipment cleanliness, workplace hygiene, and GMP compliance
Follow gowning procedures, personal hygiene, and safety protocols
Support preventive maintenance through equipment monitoring and feedback
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and assigned projects
Attend mandatory training and support skill development as a PCM operator
Execute assigned activities during shutdown periods
Perform additional duties as directed by supervisors
What We Are Looking For:
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with strict quality and safety standards
Strong attention to detail and adherence to SOPs
Basic knowledge of SCADA systems and pharmaceutical processes
Education: ITI or Diploma in Pharmacy, Science, or Engineering (Preferred: Chemical)
Experience: Entry-level experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar environment
Skills: Capsule printing machine operation, GMP and SOP compliance, Printing inspection and defect identification, Documentation and record maintenance, Changeover and line clearance procedures, Basic troubleshooting and corrective actions
Languages: English and Hindi
