Job Description

As Product Steward III you will be responsible for including content knowledge of products throughout their life cycle.

Join us as a Founder of our ‘new’ Sandoz and Lek!

Your key responsibilities:

  • Maintaining control over the production process of selected products throughout their entire life cycle, from development transfer to the present moment, and sustaining appropriate knowledge.
  • Supporting root cause analysis of process failures and participating in product improvement projects as agreed.
  • Evaluating the impact of technical changes, assessing their technical feasibility, determining the scope of technical batches, and verifying the technical risks and business benefits of proposed technical changes.
  • Taking care of the preparation of the electronic technological procedure (MBR).
  • Responsibility for ensuring continued validation (process validation, continuous validation, etc.) for selected products.
  • Approving validation protocols and reports on technical changes.
  • Providing necessary data for technical activities during product launch or transfer, focusing on existing knowledge with appropriate documentation and, if necessary, supporting the receiving site.
  • Participating in projects to enhance the robustness and sustainability of products.

What you will bring to the role

  • University degree in pharmacy, pharmaceutical technology, chemistry, or other relevant scientific fields. A master's degree in the mentioned fields is desirable.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • No work experience required.

What we offer:

Job location: Ljubljana

Contract type: temporary contract (1 year)

Expected weekly working hours: 40

*Pay range: €31,840 – €47,760 gross

* Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range, and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment and business needs.

Our compensation package additionally includes:

  • Annual bonus (STI): percentage of annual salary
  • Vacation allowance: in 2025 it was €2,430.99 net
  • Christmas bonus: in 2025 it was €2,100 gross
  • OurShare: eligible employees will receive Sandoz shares once per year
  • Allowance for shift work (15%); rotational shifts (20%), night shift work (70%), Sunday/public holiday work (50%), overtime work (30%) – if applicable for position
  • Daily remote‑work allowance – if applicable for position
  • Collective life and accident insurance (24/7 coverage)
  • Remote and flexible working time – if applicable for position

Vaše ključne odgovornosti:

  • Ohranitev nadzora nad proizvodnim procesom izbranih izdelkov skozi celoten življenjski cikel – od prenosa razvoja do danes – ter ohranjanje ustreznega znanja.
  • Podpora pri analizi osnovnega vzroka napak v procesu in sodelovanje pri projektih izboljšav izdelkov po dogovoru.
  • Vrednotenje vpliva tehničnih sprememb, ocenjevanje tehnične izvedljivosti, določanje obsega tehničnih serij ter preverjanje tehničnih tveganj in poslovnih koristi predlaganih sprememb.
  • Skrb za pripravo elektronskega tehnološkega postopka (MBR).
  • Odgovornost za zagotavljanje stalne validacije (validacija procesa, kontinuirana validacija itd.) za izbrane izdelke.
  • Potrjevanje validacijskih protokolov in poročil o tehničnih spremembah.
  • Zagotavljanje potrebnih podatkov za tehnične aktivnosti ob lansiranju ali prenosu izdelka, s poudarkom na obstoječem znanju in ustrezni dokumentaciji ter po potrebi podpora prejemnemu mestu.
  • Sodelovanje v projektih za izboljšanje robustnosti in trajnosti izdelkov.

Vaš prispevek k delovnemu mestu:

  • Univerzitetna izobrazba iz farmacije, farmacevtske tehnologije, kemije ali drugih ustreznih znanstvenih področij. Zaželena je magisterska izobrazba na omenjenih področjih.
  • Znanje angleškega jezika.
  • Poznavanje orodij Microsoft Office.
  • Delovne izkušnje niso zahtevane.

* Plačni razpon: 31.840 – 47.760 EUR bruto

* V Sandozu se višina nadomestila določi glede na raven delovnega mesta, kvalifikacije, specializirana znanja, delovne izkušnje in lokacijo v okviru plačnih razponov družbe. Popolnoma usposobljeni in visoko učinkoviti zaposleni lahko pričakujejo začetno plačo, ki se giblje okoli tržne mediane, pri čemer se tisti, ki so na tej ravni novi ali imajo manj poglobljeno strokovno znanje, uvrščajo v spodnji del razpona, tisti z dolgoročnimi vrhunskimi ali specializiranimi znanji pa v zgornji del razpona. Pri določanju položaja v razponu upoštevamo notranjo uravnoteženost plač in zunanje tržne podatke. Pri letnih pregledih plač se upoštevajo delovna uspešnost, usklajenost s trgom in poslovne potrebe.

Kaj še vključuje naš kompenzacijski paket:

  • Letna nagrada (kratkoročna spodbuda – STI): odstotek letne plače
  • Regres za dopust: leta 2025 je znašal 2.430,99 EUR (neto)
  • Božičnica: leta 2025 je znašala 2.100 EUR (bruto)
  • OurShare: upravičeni zaposleni bodo enkrat letno prejeli Sandozove delnice
  • Dodatek za izmensko delo (15 %); večizmensko delo (20 %), nočno delo (70 %), delo ob nedeljah in praznikih (50 %), nadurno delo (30 %) – če to velja za zadevno delovno mesto
