About the Job
We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our Customer Experience team, based at our North Sydney Head Office.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and a vital ambassador for Galderma. You will deliver swift, accurate, and accountable service, owning every interaction to ensure a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage a high volume of customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism, pace, and efficiency
Build strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service outcomes
Support order processing, returns, deliveries, and tracking to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment
Maintain accurate customer records across CRM, online ordering, and internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and continuously enhance the customer experience
Ideally, You Will Have
A genuine passion for customer service and creating positive customer experiences
Proven experience in customer service or customer-facing roles, ideally within pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or a regulated environment
Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Excellent attention to detail, strong multitasking capability, and confidence managing high call volumes
Proficiency with CRM systems, data entry, and standard Excel functions
