Key Responsibilities
Partner with managers to support financial activities, decision-making, and project execution.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of general ledger entries related to employee benefits.
Maintain and reconcile fixed asset records, including assets under construction and depreciation calculations.
Prepare accurate and compliant financial reports, including profit and loss analysis.
Deliver data for internal systems (Financial Consolidation and Reporting) and external reporting (statutory accounts, tax, and national statistics).
Act as first-line support for SAP issues related to fixed assets, cash, and general ledger.
Contribute to Record-to-Report (R2R) and Finance projects at country or business unit level.
Ensure timely reporting of technical complaints, adverse events, and distribution of marketing samples (where applicable).
Minimum Requirements
Experience: Proven background in operations management and financial execution.
Skills:
Financial Accounting and Management Reporting

Ability to Influence Stakeholders and Build Effective Teams
Resource Allocation and Understanding Value Drivers
Effective Communication and People Development
Strong customer focus with ability to meet agreed SLAs and KPIs.
Languages: Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
