  • Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure deliverables meet brand standards, timelines, and quality expectations.

  • Manage content calendars and community engagement across brand‑owned digital platforms (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, TikTok).

  • Monitor consumer feedback and engagement on digital channels and propose data‑informed improvement actions.

3. Communication & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Support the execution of consumer communication plans by ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across all campaign materials and channels.

  • Prepare clear campaign briefs, execution timelines, and post‑campaign summaries to support internal stakeholder alignment and understanding.

  • Coordinate day‑to‑day communication with agencies and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution.

4. Performance Analysis, Optimization & Budget Tracking

  • Track, collect, and analyze data from marketing activities to measure campaign performance against defined KPIs.

  • Apply a test‑and‑learn mindset by experimenting with content formats, messaging, and channels to continuously optimize campaign effectiveness.

  • Prepare regular performance and post‑campaign reports with actionable insights to improve ongoing and future initiatives.

  • Monitor and report campaign budget utilization, supporting efficient and effective use of approved resources.

  • Support campaign investment decisions by providing data‑based recommendations within agreed budgets.

Requirements
