Join our Maintenance team in Franklinton, North Carolina, as an Instrument and Electrical Technician and help keep our manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently. In this hands‑on role, you’ll support reliable production by maintaining and troubleshooting critical electrical and instrumentation systems.
The Role & Your Impact
You will maintain and optimize plant electrical and control systems by:
Installing, calibrating, and maintaining process control instruments
Troubleshooting and repairing electrical equipment up to 480V/600V
Diagnosing PLC, VFD, and automation system issues to minimize downtime
Performing preventive and predictive maintenance
Supporting equipment upgrades, installations, and shutdowns
Following all safety and regulatory standards (OSHA, NEC, NFPA)
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years of electrical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Ability to read electrical schematics, control diagrams, and P&IDs
Strong troubleshooting skills and safety mindset
Additional Skills & Interests We Value
Associate’s degree or trade certification in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Automation
PLC experience (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens)
Licensed Electrician or ISA CCST certification
Experience with SCADA, HMI, or industrial networks

Compensation & Benefits
Expected pay range: $26-$35/hour
401(k) with up to 9% company contribution
Minimum 3 weeks of vacation, plus 12 holidays and 2 weeks of Wellness Time
