The Role & Your Impact
- Leading the full project lifecycle from planning and execution to commissioning and handover
- Translating program and portfolio objectives into clear project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Coordinating internal stakeholders (User teams, Production, Quality, EHS, Procurement, Finance) and external partners (design institutes, contractors, suppliers, consultants)
- Ensuring facilities comply with GMP requirements and applicable regulatory and industry standards
- Managing interfaces across civil, architectural, utilities, HVAC, cleanroom, and process equipment disciplines
- Supporting commissioning, start‑up, and smooth handover to end users and operations teams
- Driving clear communication, decision‑making, and escalation to program management and senior leaders when needed
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil), Pharmaceutical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in industrial projects, preferably within food, pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated facilities
- Experience working on overseas or multicultural project sites
- Solid understanding of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with GMP‑related facility requirements and industrial construction and installation practices
- Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple parties and resolve conflicts
- Proven problem‑solving ability in complex project environments
- English proficiency suitable for daily project management, technical and commercial communication, and reporting
Additional Skills & Interests We Value
- Experience with fermentation, recovery, spray drying, packaging, or similar process areas
- Exposure to commissioning and start‑up of regulated manufacturing facilities
- Additional local language skills relevant to the project location
- Experience working in matrix or global organizations
