Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Du unterstützt das Team bei der Planung, Durchführung und Optimierung unserer Projekte.

• Du arbeitest eng mit internen Stakeholdern zusammen, um Anforderungen umzusetzen.

• Du analysierst Prozesse, identifizierst Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und setzt Maßnahmen um.

• Du dokumentierst Ergebnisse und kommunizierst Fortschritte transparent an das Team.

• Du trägst aktiv zu einem strukturierten, effizienten und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsumfeld bei.

Qualifikationen:

• Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Umfeld mit (oder einschlägige praktische Erfahrung).

• Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick.

• Du verfügst über starke Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten.

• Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

• Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Standard-Office-Tools (z. B. MS Office oder Google Workspace).
