The Role & Your Impact
- Acting as the owner’s lead for construction across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with program priorities, schedules, and design intent
- Ensuring construction execution complies with approved designs, technical specifications, GMP requirements, and relevant codes and standards
- Defining, implementing, and continuously improving common construction quality standards and procedures across the program
- Coordinating and supporting cross‑project inspections, quality walkdowns, and audits together with Project Quality Specialists
- Driving strong EHS performance across all active sites in collaboration with Safety and Environment Specialists
- Ensuring compliance with national and local EHS regulations, company policies, and environmental requirements (waste, emissions, noise, dust, wastewater)
- Leading incident and near‑miss reporting, investigations, and sharing lessons learned across sites
- Providing day‑to‑day direction and guidance to Project Quality Specialists and Safety/Environment Specialists
- Leading or supporting coordination meetings with site teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Reporting program‑level status on construction progress, quality performance, EHS indicators, and key risks to the Program Manager
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of on‑site construction management experience, including exposure to multi‑project programs or large, complex projects
- Strong experience in food, pharmaceutical, biotech, or other clean/regulated industrial facilities
- Solid understanding of civil, structural, architectural, and/or MEI construction methods and standards
- Good knowledge of GMP‑related facility requirements, including cleanroom construction, flows, finishes, utilities, and zoning
- Strong understanding of EHS regulations and best practices on construction sites, including environmental protection and compliance
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings, technical specifications, contracts, method statements, and risk assessments
- Structured, detail‑oriented approach to follow‑up, documentation, and issue closure
- Ability to work decisively under time pressure in contractor‑heavy environments
- Strong communication skills suitable for technical, operational, and management‑level reporting
- English proficiency sufficient for daily professional use

- Exposure to commissioning and start‑up phases of regulated facilities
- Experience working in international or multicultural project environments
- Additional local language skills relevant to project locations
