The Role & Your Impact
As a Formulation Operator, you play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable production operations. Your work directly supports high‑quality output and contributes to the success of our manufacturing processes.
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Operating and monitoring equipment and production processes
Taking samples and analyzing samples in the production laboratory
Preparing and ensuring raw materials are available for use
Operating specified control computers to control equipment and processes
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
To succeed in this role, you must hold:
High School diploma or equivalent with good math and arithmetic skills
Valid Driver’s License
Effective written and oral communication skills
Ability to freely move around the plant and outdoor surroundings
Ability to lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to manually manipulate and use equipment and tools (e.g., turning valves, aligning hoses)
Ability to climb stairs and work at heights
Ability to use all required PPE, including hard hat, safety glasses, ear protection, and respirator
Additional Skills & Interests We Value
While not required, experience working in manufacturing or production environments and familiarity with laboratory or process‑controlled systems is considered an advantage.

Ways of Working / Working Conditions
This is an on‑site role in a production environment. The role follows a rotating shift schedule:
2 weeks: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday
2 weeks: 1:30 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday–Thursday
The position involves physical work, use of PPE, and working in both indoor plant and outdoor environments.
Compensation & Benefits
Expected salary: $25.05 per hour
