We’re hiring: SAP S/4HANA Quality Operations Specialist!
Our Quality Operations team plays a key role in embedding quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements into end-to-end manufacturing and business processes. The team works closely with Production, CSR, Sales, and Regulatory functions to standardize quality workflows, ensure data integrity, and support audits and inspections across the organization.
As part of our digital transformation journey, the team is driving the implementation and continuous improvement of Quality Management processes in SAP S/4HANA, with a strong focus on process harmonization, traceability, user adoption, and compliance by design.
In this role, you will act as the SAP S/4HANA Quality SME, supporting system design, testing, go-live, and post–go-live stability, while shaping the future of Quality Operations in a global and digital environment.
Key initiatives include:
- End-to-end integration of Quality Management processes within SAP S/4HANA.
- Standardization and simplification of quality workflows across sites and regions.
- Strengthening data integrity, traceability, and reporting capabilities.
- Supporting user adoption, change management, and continuous improvement in Quality systems.
- Leveraging SAP-enabled insights to enhance compliance, efficiency, and decision-making.
- This role will be instrumental in shaping how Quality Operations evolves in a modern, digital, and globally aligned environment.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in Quality Operations (QA/QC) within a manufacturing or regulated environment;
- Solid understanding of Quality Management processes and documentation requirements;
- Experience working with SAP QM (ECC and/or S/4HANA) as a key user or SME;
- Ability to translate Quality requirements into system and process solutions;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills;
- Experience supporting an SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation project;
- Familiarity with regulated industry requirements (e.g., GMP, FDA, ISO);
- Exposure to SAP QM integrations with MM, PP, and WM/EWM;
- Experience supporting validation, audits, or inspections;
- Spanish- desirable
- English – advanced
