Join us as Electricity Reliability Engineer
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Develop and implement reliability improvement plans for utility and electrical equipment (e.g., motors, transformers, control systems).
Lead root cause analysis using tools like FMEA and RCA and implement solutions to prevent failures.
Optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Build and maintain equipment monitoring systems to identify and prevent potential failures.
Create and enforce technical standards for equipment lifecycle management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support for electrical reliability.
Organize training sessions to promote a reliability-focused culture.
Continuously improve processes by adopting the latest industry technologies and practices.
To succeed you must hold:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) with 5+ years in electrical maintenance or reliability roles.
Proficiency in FMEA, RCA, and predictive/preventive maintenance tools. Knowledge of motors, transformers, power distribution systems, and automation equipment.
Registered Electrical Engineer or Electrician Certificate preferred.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Proficient English reading and communication abilities.
