  • Defining and executing multi‑year account strategies covering portfolio development, value creation, pricing, and contract negotiations.

  • Building strong, multi‑layer relationships within customer organizations, including senior and executive stakeholders.

  • Identifying, shaping, and maturing growth opportunities based on customer needs, industry trends, and innovation potential.

  • Orchestrating cross‑functional account teams across Sales, Technical Service, Marketing, Innovation, and Supply Chain.

  • Owning pipeline management, forecasting, Salesforce opportunity tracking, and mitigation of competitive threats.

  • Leading annual business planning and contributing to financial and commercial processes.

Must‑have qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a related field – or equivalent experience.

  • 4–8+ years of experience from B2B sales, strategic or key account management, marketing, or technical sales roles.

  • Proven experience managing complex customer relationships, senior‑level meetings, and commercial negotiations.

  • Strong commercial and financial understanding, including pricing and margin management.

  • Experience with pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Additional Skills & Interests We Value

  • Experience working with multinational or regional FMCG or Household Care customers.

  • Background from matrix or global organizations.

  • Knowledge of the detergent or cleaning industry.

  • Additional European language skills beyond English.

As a person, you combine strategic and analytical thinking with a strong drive to turn ideas into action. You build credibility quickly, communicate with impact across organizational levels, and establish trusted partnerships with both customers and colleagues.
With a commercial, growth‑focused mindset, you navigate complex situations with confidence and thrive in cross‑functional collaboration, contributing with structure, clear direction, and positive energy.
