Quality Systems Support (DMS & TW)
Location: Hyderabad, India

We are seeking a Quality Systems Support (DMS & TW) to act as a key functional expert for the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Documentum Management System (DMS) and TrackWise (TW) for the Hyderabad site.
Role Purpose / Summary
The Quality Systems Support ensures the accuracy, compliance, and readiness of quality documentation and records by providing operational administration, training, first-level support, and lifecycle stewardship. As a local administrator, the role collaborates with global system owners and local stakeholders to guarantee proper access control, data integrity, and alignment with global and local requirements, enabling efficient documentation management and system performance.
Key Accountabilities
DMS System Administration: Serve as the QM1 function/administrator for the site, maintaining master data and representing the site in global system governance and discussions.
User Support & Training: Provide first-level hotline support for site users and develop training materials to ensure compliant system operation.
Access Management: Assign permissions according to global and local user concepts, ensuring proper access control and segregation of duties for both DMS and TrackWise.
Documentation Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of documents, including controlled copies, validity checks, periodic reviews, and updating related SOPs.
TrackWise Administration: Serve as the local administrator, maintaining master data and managing EiCR global permissions to ensure workflow alignment.
Communication & Resources: Maintain the DMS and TrackWise homepages on Lonza’s Intranet to ensure accurate communication of resources and guidance.
System Troubleshooting: Offer guidance and troubleshooting for documentation workflows, permissions, and general system usage issues.
Key Requirements
Domain Expertise
High School Diploma required; degree in Computer Science or Technology (or equivalent professional experience) preferred.
0–4 years of experience (Entry Level) in quality systems administration (DMS, TrackWise, or similar) in a regulated environment.
Knowledge of GMP and documentation requirements is beneficial.
Business fluent in English (required) and German (preferred).
