Job Description:

职责描述：

l 全面掌握区域各省外科领域的宏观政策，了解政策在省市之间的联动效应，积极进行内外部沟通，做好政策联动。

l 重点跟进省市招标、物价、医保工作，预判与解读医改政策的发展方向，并结合BU业务发现机会和管控风险，加强政策影响力。

l 与业务团队紧密沟通，确定BU市场准入战略并组织推进项目的落实，包括但不限于：医疗服务项目价格管理、支付制度改革、医保耗材库准入及支付标准制定、国家耗材编码及UDI信息维护等等

任职要求：

1. 医疗器械高值耗材领域政府事务、市场准入、销售管理相关岗位8年及以上工作经验，大学及以上学历（公共卫生、医保、管理、生物医药、MBA等背景优先考虑）

2. 熟悉医疗卫生领域，有较丰富的项目管理、政策分析和大客户管理经验

3. 沟通能力强，善于与他人合作，具有较强的团队协作精神

4. 能适应复杂或具有挑战的环境，具有较强的抗压能力和应变能力；

5. 工作细致认真，富有责任心，善于学习，心态积极向上，能接受出差
