Key Responsibilities:
Process orders and shipments in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Physically handle incoming/outgoing goods, track shipments, and manage returns
Prepare and review shipping documentation (e.g., pro forma invoices)
Submit import/export license applications and liaise with customs and couriers
Maintain logistics records, inventory counts, and study related records
Provide reports to management and communicate in a timely manner to relevant teams
Your Profile:
Higher education
Fluent Ukrainian and ideally upper-intermediate English (B2)
Strong Excel skills; 1C WMS knowledge is a plus
Desirable 2+ years’ experience in logistics or customer service (clinical experience preferred)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
Available to work on site.
