Main tasks and responsibilities:
1. Demo leadership: Lead the development of high impact, creative and scalable demos for core and emerging HHC applications with a strong focus on biosolution led differentiation, own the end to end demo strategy and demo toolboxes for HHC, ensuring consistent, compelling storytelling across regions, repeatable adoption in customer engagements, and alignment with regional and global innovation priorities, and enable innovation impact beyond today’s applications by using demos as platforms.
2. End-to-end innovation projects: Lead innovation projects from idea to delivery—formulation strategy, experimentation, data interpretation, and storytelling, translate global innovation platforms into region‑relevant, adoption‑ready concepts, create and mature regional innovation ideas into commercially viable solutions.
3. Technical thought leadership: Act as a technical innovation ambassador for HHC within the region, craft clear, credible science‑based stories that translate complex formulation insights into customer value, and support customer innovation days, workshops, and technical trainings.
4. Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate across regional and global teams to amplify impact, partner closely with regional TS, Sales, Marketing teams and collaborate actively with AR and Global marketing teams and other regional innovation and application teams.
5. Quality, safety & digital excellence: Ensure high standards of scientific rigor, data quality, and reproducibility; maintain disciplined documentation using digital tools (e.g., Benchling, SharePoint), and uphold lab safety, QMS, and governance standards at all times.
Experience and education-
1. Master’s or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related fields.
2. 8–12+ years of experience in HHC category.
3. Strong understanding of HHC category, products and innovation with in-depth understanding of formulation and applications.
4. Proven experience in demo development, PoCs, and innovation storytelling.
5. Curious, self‑driven, and comfortable leading without formal authority.
Competencies and personal qualities:
1. Applied scientific & analytical thinking-Ability to translate complex formulation and enzyme science into clear, convincing demo logic, builds PoCs/PoAs with strong experimental design, reproducibility, and clear cause‑effect narratives, separates “nice experiments” from what truly proves value for customers and innovation launches.

4. Structured thinker, intellectually rigorous, comfortable challenging assumptions, curious but disciplined, high customer-centricity, strong personal ownership and accountability, reliable, resilient, and delivery‑focused
Ways of working:
1. Office (hybrid set-up is optional in certain cases).
2. Travel frequency- less than 30%.
