Job Description

Key responsibilities: 

  • Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of sales and revenue deductions

  • Actively participating in month‑end closing processes

  • Preparing journal entries in line with accounting standards and group policies

  • Responsible for revenue deduction accruals

  • Reconciling balance sheet accounts and monitoring overdue items

  • Comparing data between Balance sheet and P&L accounts

  • Performing monthly controls in accordance with internal procedures

  • Ensuring alignment between Polish Accounting Act (UoR) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

  • Cooperating with the sales team on revenue and revenue deduction postings, ensuring accuracy in accounting and reporting, collaborating with other key internal and external stakeholders.

  • Preparing receivables analysis related to payment backlogs

  • Supporting the team in internal and external audits

  • Assisting with other statutory reporting requirements and performing other ad‑hoc tasks or analyses assigned by the supervisor

Our Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience required — preferably in a corporate industry, especially in departments such as GL or RTR

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data

  • Practical knowledge of SAP, especially SD and FI modules

  • Readiness to work as part of the month‑end closing process

  • Practical proficiency in Excel

  • Conversational English and fluent Polish

  • Willingness to learn and a problem‑solving mindset

  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Nice to have:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical companies

  • Experience in Shared Service Center concept

Compensation Structure & Criteria:   

Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.   

Job location: Poland, Warsaw

Work mode: hybrid (2 days/week working from the office)

Pay range: 7 342-13 625 zł/monthly

Variable compensation:  

Annual performance-based bonus of 10%;

Employee share program.
