Job Description

Key responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality professional support to managers and employees in managing key initiatives and projects, as well as delivering HR advisory and coaching support in the areas of change management and building strong team capabilities.

• Ensuring the highest quality of people management processes for the assigned employee population, in line with Sandoz standards and local labor law regulations.

• Close partnership with people managers on key initiatives like capability building, competencies development, performance and talent management, organization development, succession planning for a defined employee population

• Provide coaching and advisory to people managers and associates on behaviors and initiatives, which strengthen Sandoz Way and build organizational culture in accordance with Sandoz standards

• Initiate and implement solutions that support competencies development for defined employee population   

• Advisory support on various P&O programs and initiatives, e.g. providing reliable information on core P&O processes, programs, and initiatives

• Contribution to P&O projects aimed at optimizing existing P&O processes and implementing ideas and solutions improving P&O processes across the functions in the country

• Close and trusted collaboration with the Centers of Excellence (P&O Operations, Rewards, etc.) and Trade Unions to ensure compliance with the legislation and P&O processes optimization

• Contributing to global P&O projects in terms of translating them on the local environment needs to impact on people’s engagement and leadership skills among people managers networks

• Provide active support in P&O transformation processes and tools to build P&O standards in the Site aligned with country and global principles

• Knowledge and strict execution of applicable law, procedures, policies and regulations applicable in the company, including the Code of Ethics, HSE and fire protection regulations and all related policies and procedures.

• Knowledge and strict execution of GMP rules and all quality regulations in accordance with the law.

• Taking care of the company's property and reputation.

• Improving own qualifications and sharing professional knowledge with co-workers.

Our Requirements:

• Independent and self-reliant working style with a high sense of responsibility

• Strong communication skills and social competence

• Education:

Completed university degree or comparable qualification

• Languages:

Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken

• Experience: 

At least 5 yrs in HR in large scale multinational organizations on Generalist or Business Partner roles

Compensation Structure & Criteria: 

Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs. 

Job location: Strykow, Poland

Work mode: on-site

Pay range (monthly salary): zł/gross 10 517 - 19 533

Variable compensation:

- Annual performance-based bonus:  15%
