We are looking for a motivated student who would like to join our Procurement team and would be able to work around 20 hours per week!
Your Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing & Market Analysis
Support conducting market research and benchmarking for warehousing, distribution, and freight services.
Assist in preparing sourcing events aligned with global and regional objectives.
Contracting & Compliance
Support contract management activities (monitoring expiration date, archiving).
Cost Analysis & Savings Initiatives
Help preparing cost models and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Contribute to monitor spend data, savings calculations and tracking against targets.
Project Support
Provide administrative and analytical support for category initiatives.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Current enrolment in a local university pursuing a degree in a Finance, Business Administration or different segment.
Fluent English (oral and written) is required
No working experience required
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
