Join us as our new O2C Integration Process Lead

We are currently in the middle of a large S/4 transformation while running and expanding a global integration landscape that connects SAP with customers and logistics partners across Order-to-Cash.

We are looking for an Integration Process Lead to own the strategic transition from SAP legacy to S/4 from an integration and business-process perspective. In this role, you will drive end-to-end delivery across internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners, ensuring the future-state integration landscape supports business continuity, operational efficiency, and scalable growth. Acting as the key bridge between current operations and future architecture, you will translate S/4-driven process changes into clear integration decisions and execution plans that enable the business agenda.

About the team:

The Global Order to Cash (O2C) team is situated within the Supply Chain Development organization, with focus on enhancing the overall customer experience and meeting customer expectations. The team is diverse including roles such as talented Product Owners within e-commerce platform, order fulfilment, Salesforce Service Cloud, AI automation and customer master data lead.

You will be part of the Order to Cash Integration team, who deliver customer value every day through integration and supply chain process optimization. We value strong sparring and open discussions. We are driven by solving complex problems and continuously challenging how we deliver projects better, smarter, and at greater scale.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

Primary responsibilities:

  • Own the S/4 integration impact assessment and define the coexistence strategy between legacy SAP and S/4.
  • Lead customer and external partner dialogues to align requirements, scope, testing, and go-live readiness.
  • Champion standard SAP and integration solutions, and make pragmatic calls on when custom build is justified and the impact on scalability, support, and future upgrades.
  • Act as the S/4 integration authority in the transformation program and align integration activities to program timelines
  • Lead complex end-to-end integration initiatives including scope definition, coordination, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment

Secondary responsibilities:

  • Ensure integrations support and optimize future Order-to-Cash processes enabled by S/4
  • Maintain integration architecture documentation, blueprints, and process flows
  • Coordinate external customers and logistics partners for S/4-related interface testing and adjustments
  • Drive performance optimization and scalable, future-proof integration patterns
  • Contribute to integration governance, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives

To succeed you must hold:

  • A master’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or another relevant field with at least 3-5 years of fulltime work experience
  • Strong knowledge of S/4HANA architecture, especially within Order-to-Cash processes and customer inquiry handling flows
  • Solid experience with B2B integration technologies such as EDI, APIs, and middleware platforms like SAP Integration Suite (CPI), PI/PO, Dell Boomi or similar
  • Proven experience leading complex end-to-end projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders, quickly understanding requirements and driving alignment from scope through delivery.
  • Experience documenting integration architecture, process flows, and technical specifications in a structured and clear manner
  • Strong analytical capability to interpret complex data flows, debug integration issues, and identify root causes across multiple systems
  • Ability to translate technical integration topics into clear communication for business stakeholders and program governance forums
  • Strong understanding of how integration design decisions impact operational efficiency, scalability, and performance
