We are currently looking for a Medical Affairs Trainee to support our Medical Department across a wide range of projects and initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in medical operations, cross‑functional collaboration, and scientific activities within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.
As a Medical Affairs Trainee, you will actively contribute to the execution of medical projects, support process optimization, and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders, while developing a strong understanding of Medical Affairs activities in the pharmaceutical industry.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
Supporting the Medical Department in ongoing projects and initiatives.
Reviewing and helping optimize standard medical processes.
Preparing, coordinating, and managing different types of medical activities and related materials.
Supporting the design and implementation of medical activity strategies.
Collaborating on administrative and organizational tasks within the Medical Department.
Acting as a point of contact and liaising with different internal departments.
Reviewing scientific articles, internal procedures, and medical policies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Actively participating in medical field trips and contributing to medical operations and the medical information area throughout the internship.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
Degree in a Health Sciences discipline (e.g., Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biomedicine, Biology, or similar).
Currently studying a master’s or postgraduate degree that allows you to sign an internship agreement (preferably related to the pharmaceutical industry).
High level of English (C1).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Proactive, decisive, and eager to learn.
Methodical and detail‑oriented, with a strong results‑driven and quality‑focused mindset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross‑functional environments.
What You'll Receive
Internship Duration: 12 months.
Competitive Retribution and Social Benefits.
Place of Work: Madrid (Hybrid Modality).
Flexible Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00–9:30 to 17:30–19:00; Fridays from 8:00–9:30 to 14:00–15:30.
