As the STEP Global Implementation & Deployment Lead – Integrated Reporting, you will provide strategic direction and operational leadership in deploying and optimizing Integrated Reporting within the STEP program. This role ensures alignment with organizational objectives, oversees cross-functional teams, manages vendor relationships, and drives innovation in reporting solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Oversee end-to-end implementation and deployment lifecycle for Integrated Reporting solutions (PB9, PSA, BW, etc.) in alignment with STEP timelines.
Lead governance and operational activities for Integrated Reporting across regions and departments.
Direct and inspire teams to deliver high-quality services and technical support for reporting solutions.
Drive integration and continuous optimization of reporting solutions to enhance business processes and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and best practices.
Champion continuous improvement and innovation, leveraging emerging technologies.
Engage proactively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
Support audits and risk management activities related to reporting solutions.
KPI: Delivery on agreed KPIs, including business impact and operational stability.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration (master’s preferred).
10+ years of experience in project delivery, application management, or IT services within a multinational organization.
Expert knowledge of Integrated Reporting solutions and their implementation.
Certification in project management methods (Agile, ITIL, Prince 2, PMI) is a plus.
Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies; certification preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to manage global projects and work in diverse cultural environments.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Languages: Fluent in English.
Essential Skills: Strategic planning, team leadership, and ability to drive adoption of governance frameworks.
Desirable Requirements:
Experience in global or matrix organizations.
Exposure to advanced digital tools and automation technologies.
