Nuestro Jefe de Servicios Industriales (Utilities & Facilities) es responsable de asegurar la operación segura, continua y eficiente de las instalaciones, servicios industriales y sistemas críticos del sitio, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y regulaciones aplicables, y contribuyendo a la continuidad operativa y desempeño del negocio.

Principales responsabilidades:

·       Liderar la operación integral de Facilities & Utilities del sitio, asegurando disponibilidad, confiabilidad y cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad, calidad y regulaciones aplicables.

·       Gestionar la operación y mantenimiento de sistemas críticos industriales, incluyendo HVAC, sistemas de agua (potable, purificada y residual), aire comprimido, chillers, calderas y distribución eléctrica.

·       Supervisar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de infraestructura, equipos y sistemas auxiliares del sitio (iluminación, climatización, alarmas, detección de gases, entre otros).

·       Administrar contratos de servicios técnicos y generales (limpieza, recepción, mantenimiento especializado), asegurando niveles de servicio, cumplimiento contractual y mejora continua.

·       Liderar equipos técnicos (supervisores, operadores y técnicos), asegurando estándares de operación, formación, desempeño y cumplimiento de procedimientos.

·       Gestionar el presupuesto operativo (OpEx) del área, controlando costos, optimizando el uso de recursos y asegurando la eficiencia financiera de las operaciones.

¿Por qué TÚ? 

Tus calificaciones:

·       Profesional en Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Electromecánico o carrera afín.

·       Experiencia profesional mínima requerida de 12 años, al menos 5 liderando áreas de Utilities & Facilities.

·       Experiencia en plantas productivas en industias de Consumo Masivo, Alimentos y Bebidas, Farma o afines.

·       Nivel de Inglés Avanzado (Mandatorio).

·       Disponiblidad para trabajar de manera presencial en nuestra planta en San Fernando (Zona Norte).
