As a Student Assistant in Novonesis’ Planetary Health division, you will be placed at the heart of our organization, working in an international and ambitious environment. You will join a global team responsible for developing and executing strategy and driving innovation projects within Novonesis Household Care.

We are currently looking for two Student Assistants to support our Global Marketing team and collaborate closely with colleagues across regions and functions.

The Role & Your Impact

In this role, you will support Global Marketing with a wide range of analytical, strategic, and commercial tasks that help strengthen our local teams worldwide. You will work independently on defined processes while contributing to cross‑functional projects, giving you real ownership and visibility.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis: Conduct data‑driven analyses of market and consumer trends using internal consumer studies, external data sources, market development insights, and sales analytics

  • Presentation building: Create clear and compelling presentations based on consumer insights, market data, value propositions and industry trends for internal and external stakeholders

  • New product development: Contribute to strategy development and product positioning, and support the creation of sales and marketing materials for new products

  • Sales support: Support sales performance tracking and reporting using BI tools, and help monitor progress in the innovation pipeline

  • General business support: Assist with commercial and strategic tasks based on business needs and collaborate with colleagues across multiple projects

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

To succeed in this role, we expect that you:

  • Are preferably in the final year of your bachelor’s degree within business, marketing, strategy, economics, or finance

  • Have a strong interest in data and analysis and can transform data into structured, actionable insights

  • Possess solid analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail

  • Are ambitious, high‑performing, and motivated by responsibility and challenges

  • Communicate clearly and professionally, with full professional proficiency in written and spoken English

  • Thrive both as a team player and when working independently with ownership of tasks

Additional Skills & Interests We Value

While not required, it is an advantage if you:

  • Have experience working with Power BI or other BI and analytics tools

  • Strong in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Enjoy working at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and commercial execution

  • Are curious about global markets, consumer behavior, and sustainability‑driven business models

Working Conditions
