About the role
Part of Haleon’s Enterprise Transformation Programme (SAP S/4HANA), this role partners with the Business Process Owner and functional teams to standardise and optimise end-to-end processes across ICO/ICT, Inventory and Product Costing. You will shape and govern the future-state process design and drive readiness, adoption and continuous improvement to deliver measurable benefits.
Role Responsibilities
Design and govern end-to-end ICO/ICT/Inventory/Product Costing processes with the BPO and Finance/Supply Chain teams, aligned to the SAP S/4HANA target operating model.
Lead design workshops to capture requirements, validate impacts, and drive decisions through programme governance.
Assess “as is” process performance and controls; remove bottlenecks/duplication and define clear, user-centric “to be” flows, roles and handoffs.
Build delivery readiness: process documentation, inputs to testing/UAT and cutover, and enablement materials with Training & Adoption.
Manage transition phases with Business Continuity to define interim operating states and a controlled path to steady-state processes.
Own process performance: define KPIs/controls, monitor adoption, and drive continuous improvement to realise and sustain benefits.
Engage and align global stakeholders; communicate decisions and impacts clearly and champion the end-to-end process vision.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting (or related).
15+ years of proven experience in end-to-end process design and governance across Intercompany (ICO/ICT), Inventory and Product Costing in a global organisation.
Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA-enabled process design, including controls and integration points across Finance and Supply Chain.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify process bottlenecks, define KPIs, and drive measurable continuous improvement.
Experience with process mapping/modelling and documentation (e.g., BPMN, Visio/Signavio or equivalent) and translating requirements into standardised process artefacts.
Ability to plan and deliver change through design workshops, testing/UAT inputs, cutover readiness and post-go-live stabilisation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional qualification preferred (ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA/MBA).
Experience in Consumer Health/FMCG and working across multiple operating units/geographies.
Deep functional knowledge of intercompany settlement, inventory valuation and product costing in SAP (S/4HANA preferred), including controls and compliance considerations.
Experience using data/automation tools to identify issues and improve outcomes (e.g., process mining, reporting/analytics, workflow automation).
Strong influencing and communication skills; able to align stakeholders, manage trade-offs and drive adoption across functions.
Continuous improvement mindset with experience in governance, risk/controls, and benefits realisation in transformation programmes.
