岗位职责：

KOC规模化运营：​ 协助上级制定针对KOC的内容策略与信息矩阵，管理更大规模的KOC分发体系，并持续迭代高效的内容转化模型。

品牌自播间支持：​ 深度参与品牌自有直播间的运营工作，协助进行直播脚本策划、选品排品建议及直播流程优化。

效果优化与复盘：​ 监控直播及短视频内容的数据表现（GMV、ROI、CTR等），协助进行投流素材优化与复盘，提升投入产出比。

流程管理：​ 协助处理直播及内容合作相关的采购订单（PO）及预算流程。

任职要求 ：

本科及以上在读学生，对国内电商生态（抖音电商、淘宝直播、小红书等）有深入了解。

直播爱好者：​ 经常观看直播带货，对直播间话术、节奏、玩法有独到理解，有直播间中控或场控经验者加分。

数据敏感：​ 具备极强的数据敏感度，做事逻辑清晰，能从数据中发现问题并提出优化建议。

执行力强：​ 能够适应快节奏的电商工作环境，细心负责，能高效处理多线程任务。 具备良好的文案功底和审美能力，熟练使用PS/PR等工具者优先。 能保证每周至少4天及以上的实习时间，能持续实习3-6个月。
